1. Agreement

By accessing or using HotSpot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. User Content

You retain rights to content you submit (spots, reports, photos, plans). By submitting content, you grant HotSpot a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of the Service. You represent that you have the rights to the content you upload.

4. Acceptable Use

No illegal content, harassment, trespass coordination, infringement, or scraping. We may remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion.

5. Bookings & Licenses

Bookings with creators and shot licenses are contracts between you and the counterparty. HotSpot facilitates payments via Stripe but is not a party to those contracts. Refunds follow the policy of each creator unless otherwise required by law.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms. Prices include applicable platform fees.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Photography spots may involve risk; you are responsible for your own safety and for complying with local laws, permits, and property rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HotSpot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
